Section 8
HACLAA resident's rent in the public housing program is subsidized by the federal government. Applicants to the public housing program must be income eligible and residents must adhere to program rules.



 
ANNOUNCEMENT

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is applying to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a $45 Million grant from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2) (www.hud.gov/nsp), authorized under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Public Housing Residents celebrate Day of Service with HACLA CEO and Mayor Villaraigosa  

Saturday, May 2 was a big day for Rancho San Pedro residents who volunteered their time for the National Day of Service in the Harbor Area.  The public housing development also hosted its first game of the newly created Soccer League.
