  All HACLA Offices Closed to Walk-Ins In consideration of the recent order issued for the State of California by Governor Newsom, the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles has transitioned to teleworking where possible at this time. Although many HACLA staff will be working remotely, we will continue to provide critical services moving forward.
