Asset Management
Our Mission at Asset Management is to provide affordable, quality housing to individuals and families, without discrimination.
Our goals are:

To preserve affordability of non public housing in the City of Los Angeles;

To provide low income housing to the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and families and individuals with limited income;

To house individuals and families in a safe, sanitary and decent homes;

To be a role model for other landlords throughout the city on illustrating what is quality living;

To assist in the best way we can with other HACLA and city departments throughout;

To be an advocate as a strong community leader with Neighborhood Watch and resident meetings while working with law enforcement and other entities to maintain a better way of life for our families;

To help applicants who meet our resident criteria fast track through the approval process with programs like Section 8 and Affordable Housing Programs.
