How to Become a Section 8 Owner

 

Interested property owners may fill-out pre-registration form online to become Section 8 Owner. Please CLICK HERE to fill-out the requests. After you submit your request online, an automated e-mail with required form will be sent to your e-mail. Please complete the form and mail it to:

The owner will be required to provide the following documents to complete the contract.
 

·         A lease agreement

·         Proof of property ownership

·         A valid government ID

·         A properly completed W-9

Owners should be advised that HACLA does not guarantee suitability of tenants. Owners should take advantage of all screening processes available to determine suitability of potential tenants to avoid any complications
