If you are a Section 8 property owner or landlord who would like the monthly Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) to be direct deposited to your account instead of receiving a paper check, please download and complete the Direct Deposit Application and mail it to the address shown on the form. The Housing Authority will send a Direct Deposit statement every month that itemizes what was deposited and for which tenant(s). Please click here to download the form.
The completed application must not be hand-delivered to our office since it contains a voided check. Additionally, it should not be faxed because our Finance Department must maintain an application with an original signature on file that also has an original voided check attached.
