			<title>Panel of Experts from across the Country hopeful about Jordan Downs Redevelopment (watch video)</title>
			<description>  February 13, 2009 &#8211; The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles engaged a third party independent organization to provide recommendations for the Jordan Downs public housing Redevelopment Project. The Urban Land Institute (ULI), a non-profit education organization in land use policy and real estate development conducted an Advisory Services Panel. Over the course of a week, the ten member panel took a site tour of the housing complex as well as the community of Watts. The experts interviewed the Jordan Downs Community Advisory Committee (JD CAC) members, master planning and annexation consultants, city, county and community stakeholders to gather information for the group&#8217;s final report.  On February 13, 2009, the panel presented its final report.
