Section 8 Request for Rent Increase & Internal Comparable Rent Certification

HACLA will review your Request for Rent Increase and will determine whether an increase can be granted in accordance with the Section 8 contract. A contract rent increase request can take sixty (60) to seventy (70) days to process from the date your request is received in our offices.
 
Owners that have rented unassisted like and similar units on the premises within the last year must provide rental information on these units. If you have not rented an unassisted like and similar unit,  you must certify this below.
 
**Please note that where applicable, the Rent Stabilization Ordinance states that rent increases can occur only once every twelve (12) months.**
