Report Ownership Changes
Current Section 8 Owners can make corrections to ownership by filling out the Reporting Ownership Transfer or Sale of S8 Rental Property form and returning it by mail, fax or e-mail to HACLA.
Please note that you can use this form only if you are an owner currently receiving a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP).
For any issues related to the unit, the tenant, or payments you should contact the Section 8 Advisor assigned to the tenant.
