Recreational Services
HACLA collaborates with several organizations to provide structured recreational services to the residents of public housing. These collaborations include City of Los Angeles Community Development Department, (CDBG Program), City of Los Angeles Recreations and Parks Department, and Housing Based Day Supervision Program (HBDS). Activities are centered around creating family cohesiveness, and prevent anti-social behavior.
