Resident Leadership Training
The Resident Leadership Training/Community Resident Liaison Unit (RLT/CRLU) conducts monthly leadership development training to strengthen the Resident Advisory Council (RAC) and Resident Management Corporation (RMC) executive boards. Throughout year 2008 the Leadership Training meetings will take place at St. Anne's Conference Center. The RLT/CRLU provides foundational support and guidance to resident governing bodies in parliamentary and electoral procedures as well as sponsors, supports and develops conflict resolution & mediation workshops and resident safety programs. These programs are directed towards enhancing the quality of life for public housing residents. Training includes all topics covered by the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
