HACLA welcomes you and your family to your new home.  In addition to your apartment keys, you were also given a copy of the Resident Handbook and Lease Agreement (including Residential Rules, Residential Housekeeping Standards, and the Resident Grievance Policy).   Please familiarize yourself with the obligations set forth in those documents and keep them nearby.  You may need to use them as a reference. 

To highlight some of the obligations and responsibilities, we are providing you a helpful overview of some of our policies and guidelines below.  If you have any questions or if you need a copy of the forms or documents listed in this section, please feel free to contact your Management office.
