Getting Started: Quick & Easy Registration
1. Go to https://publichousing-hacla.securecafe.com
2. Select your login type: Tenant
3. Click on “Click here to register”
4. Enter your unique Registration Code, Tenants: 2524-T + new Tenant ID (starts with T).
Do not share your registration code, it’s unique to you. Always select “I have a code.” Use the new HACLA-issued ID, not your old one. If you need any help call HACLA Customer Call Center: (833) HACLA-4-U/(833) 422-5248.
