On Monday, January 29th, Los Angeles leaders joined the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) and Related California to open the first phase of the redevelopment and expansion of the Rose Hill Courts public housing complex in Northeast Los Angeles. One of the oldest public housing complexes in Los Angeles, Rose Hill Courts was originally constructed by HACLA in 1942. The ribbon cutting was followed by fun activities for the community and tours of the new units.
