Weingart Tower Groundbreaking Ceremony

On September 28th, HACLA joined the groundbreaking ceremony of Weingart Tower, a 278-unit, 19-story permanent supportive housing high-rise in the Skid Row district of downtown Los Angeles. The ceremony featured speakers such as Mayor Eric Garcetti, CA District 53 Assembly member Miguel Santiago, and others. Thank you to the project partners including Pacific Western Bank, The Richman Group, California Department of Housing and Community Development, City of LA Housing Department, and the LA County Development Authority.
