On August 7, 2023, the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) joined Century Affordable Development, Inc. to celebrate the ground breaking ceremony for Villa Vanowen. Located in Council District 2 of Los Angeles, Villa Vanowen will provide affordable housing for a target population of chronically homeless individuals.

On March 10, 2023, newly completed Berendo Sage, a forty-two-unit affordable apartment community in the Koreatown/Pico-Union area of the City of Los Angeles, held a grand opening. Twenty-one units are reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families. Twenty units will house low-income households and families making up to 50% of the area median income (AMI).
