On March 10, 2023, newly completed Berendo Sage, a forty-two-unit affordable apartment community in the Koreatown/Pico-Union area of the City of Los Angeles, held a grand opening. Twenty-one units are reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families. Twenty units will house low-income households and families making up to 50% of the area median income (AMI).

Hillhaven Terrace was newly constructed in 2022 as a 3-story 34-unit multi-family building. The Homekey site houses individuals who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, who are matched using the Coordinated Entry System (CES).
