On Monday, May 16, 2022, HACLA joined Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilmember Herb Wesson, PATH, PATH Ventures and Pacific Western Bank to celebrate the grand opening of PATH Villas Montclair. PATH Villas Montclair offers 45 units of supportive housing designed for adults experiencing homelessness. Amenities include shared laundry facilities, a community room with lounge space and a teaching kitchen

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday, May 4th for a joint development project at the B (Red) Line’s Vermont/Santa Monica Station. The development is being built by LTSC Community Development Corporation and will include two six-story buildings with 187 units for low-income housing, with half of the units reserved as permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals.
