On August 2, HACLA celebrated the two-year anniversary of California’s Homekey program at a Roundtable discussion with BCSH Secretary Lourdes Castro Ramírez, BCSH Deputy Secretary Sasha Kergan, and HCD Director Gustavo Velasquez!
