On September 28th, HACLA joined the groundbreaking ceremony of Weingart Tower, a 278-unit, 19-story permanent supportive housing high-rise in the Skid Row district of downtown Los Angeles. The ceremony featured speakers such as Mayor Eric Garcetti, CA District 53 Assembly member Miguel Santiago, and others.
