In collaboration with the Los Angeles Field Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Labor (DOL) the authority hosted over fifty developers and contractors for a free Davis-Bacon labor compliance seminar.

The excitement in Watts, CA was palpable on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Lines were wrapped around the block at Nickerson Gardens public housing development in anticipation of the 6th Annual TDE Holiday Concert.
