Nov. 15, 2019 - The Garland Company provided a training session at HACLA’s Rancho San Pedro housing site. The training, coordinated with the Southern California Union Roofers Labor Management Trust (Local 22 and Local 36), provided a valuable seminar for Section 3 Residents.
Dec. 13, 2019 – Contracts and Procurement department conducted an Labor Compliance Workshop for Developers and Contractors. In collaboration with the Los Angeles Field Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Labor (DOL) the authority hosted over fifty developers and contractors for a free Davis-Bacon labor compliance seminar.
