Commercial Properties
The HACLA Asset Management department has a Facilities Management function which is dedicated to the maintenance, operation, move management, safety, and care of HACLA’s approximately 230,000 square feet of commercial office space. Our commercial properties are located at:

Facilities management provides various services to these commercial properties, including:
- Maintain after hours building security and help with safety compliance
- Upkeep of grounds and building systems (mechanical, HVAC, elevator)
- Provide client services, move management, janitorial services, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Lease execution and compliance monitoring
